RFQ and search data

We collect only the information needed to improve the catalog and review supplier quote requests.

Searches

Search terms and result counts may be retained to identify missing models and improve the catalog. Search analytics are not publicly readable.

Quote requests

When you submit an RFQ, the company name, contact name, email, postal code, requested model, quantity, timing and optional notes are stored privately so the request can be reviewed for supplier matching. RFQ contact information is never published on product pages.

Sharing

RFQ information is not sold as consumer data. When supplier routing is used, only information reasonably necessary to respond to the request should be shared with a relevant supplier. Submitting an RFQ does not place an order.

Current service

The service currently has no user accounts, advertising trackers or payment processing. This notice will be updated before materially different data collection or third-party tracking is introduced.
